Whomsoever it may concern in the Indian Railways:
“Don’t print ticket- save paper, take e-tickets, take IPad/Laptop”.. Everything is fine Sir, but the site (https://irctc.co.in) takes at least 30 mins to load and almost never logs me into my account to book a ticket in tatkal.. I have never had a success despite of fast internet connections.”. I have tried all monkey tricks but nothing works… @ CONGRESS Party – Are there any reservations on who can log into the system?
Can there be a better way to tackle this? I know it is difficult with the amount of people thronging in but there should be a way.
One of the largest employer in the world and probably the most complex environment needs to address these gaps asap as technology evolves.
